Join us for a yin yoga class for the Solar Plexus Chakra. The solar plexus is located upper belly of the diaphragm. We will activate the solar plexus through breath work & postures to open the diaphragm, abdomen, rib cage, & lungs. The solar plexus is the energy center of your personal power, freedom, & authenticity.
