Let Go & Grow is a 21-Day Transformation Journey to encourage mindfulness, self-inquiry, and manifestation. Our intention in this course is to use affirmation, mindfulness, and self-empowerment to break through mental, emotional, and energetic blocks.
We will simply choose 1 habit to break and 1 habit to cultivate over a 21 day period. This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to create new resolutions & wellness habits.
This transformation journey is self-paced but you do have the option to join in community accountability calls. Community meetings promote empathy & encouragement. The next group course begins Jan 3.
Letting Go & Growth will require discipline, presence, & the willingness to listen to the mind. Together, we will consciously mold our mindsets to automatically respond with heart-centered awareness. When we live mindfully, we create more joy and Self-Love.
