Grounding is Essential for Embodiment

At Green Heart Dharma, grounding is an invaluable tool to help you remain focused, embodied, & connected to your true nature. Grounding is essential for embodiment. When our feet are on the ground, head in the sky, we can feel into the center of our being that balances our polarities. There truly is a neutralizing effect to being outside in nature. Connecting to nature is primal to our senses, survival, & evolution. Simply spend time in open spaces - strengthen your inner connection by going outside. Grounding places you in the container of your body as it is moving in. To feel grounded is to feel embodied. To recognize your beingness in relation to all the other particles that make up the universe. Grounding is earthing yourself into calm, presence, & clarity.

If you would like to read a scientific research paper on the positive effects of “Earthing” for the immune system then click this link!

This article discusses how earthing can help reduce free radicals, lower cortisol, & regulate our biological clocks. It suggests that modern lifestyle is preventing us from a primordial connection to the flow of Earth’s electrons. These electrons emit a negative energy that absorb toxic voltages & prevent them from entering our physiology. Science is proving how important it is for us to reconnect with the Earth & return to our true nature. It’s a great read if you are interested in the science!

Thank you for grounding <3
