12 Tips for Balancing your Energy

The human body contains an extraordinary amount of energy. Energy is simply the strength and vitality to accomplish sustained mental and physical activity. An energy field is the electromagnetic orbit of electrical charges, currents, and magnetization.

The energy field is made up of emotions as well as sound and light frequencies. Also known as auras, the energy field consists of many layers. The layers emit a subtle glow that can vary in size, color, and vibration. The aura has 7 layers that correspond with the 7 chakras. Our energy field or aura has an effect on others and others energy fields can influence ours.
