Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for a 20 min mindfulness meditation every Monday at 9AM MST/11AM EST. These sessions are pure basic practice of mindfulness skills, breath work, and body awareness.

Mindfulness practice is a foundational meditation skill you can take with you anywhere. Tune in for a short practice and embrace your inner zen!

These meditations are a part of our Heart Sangha <3 Heart Sangha events include yin yoga classes, guided meditations, & dharma workshops.

Heart Sangha events are always donation based. The suggested donation is $11 and can be sent via paypal/venmo. Anyone may attend regardless of payment.
