Mini Meditations

A Mini meditation is when you step out your normal train of thought & take a few moments to breathe in conscious awareness.

Eckhart Tolle is a deep inspiration & teacher for me. He recently sparked the idea of the “Mini-Meditation” in my consciousness. A mini-meditation can be as few as 10-15 seconds of awareness of breath. A single moment of pure presence. 

Our bodies are constantly subconsciously performing this process - there is always a moment to pause & observe our breath flow.

When you experience all the sensations fueled by breathing - you are tapping into the truest essence of being alive.

Mini meditations can help you bring the sensation of aliveness to all the habits that make up your day. You can feel aliveness of presence through your morning routines, hectic work schedules, & down time. It only takes a few seconds.

These mini-meditations includes a loving-kindness affirmation & short breath awareness invitation.
